to announce the launching of the “We Must Do More” Tour and to denounce the
actions against white supremacy starting Monday.

Border Network for Human Rights (BNHR), Rev. William J. Barber, and the Poor
People’s Campaign will hold a joint press conference at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, Sept.
17, to announce a week’s worth of events that will start Monday and culminate
Wednesday, Sept. 18, with a march at the border against white supremacy.
The events will be part of actions organized by #ElPasoFirme, a regional
movement led by BNHR and supported by allies like Poor People’s Campaign that
look to stamp out hateful rhetoric and enact meaningful gun reform in
Texas.
