Police Accountability in El Paso

Convened by the Border Network for Human Rights (BNHR) in 2020 amid the renewed national outcries for justice following the murder of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and many other Black and Brown people at the hands of law enforcement, the El Paso Police Department (EPPD) Accountability Task Force is composed of diverse El Paso organizations and advocates united by a shared commitment to end to police brutality and impunity in the border region.
