WHEN: SATURDAY, FEB. 22, 4:00 PM WHERE: March starts at Armijo Park at 4:00 p.m. and ends with rally at Annunciation House (EL PASO, Texas) — After last week’s unprecedented announcement that President Trump will deploy elite tactical border patrol agents to sanctuary cities, Border Network for Human Rights (BNHR) will hold a march and rally Saturday, Feb. 22, to protest the move and bring attention to the victims of border patrol violence and abuse. The rally will also commemorate the death of Juan Patricio Peraza Quijada, a 19-year-old undocumented youth, who was shot and killed by Border Patrol agents 17 years ago. The march will start at Armijo Park (710 E. 7th Avenue) at 4:00 pm and will culminate with a rally at Annunciation House (1003 E. San Antonio Street)
