The Texan Voice

The Reform Immigration for Texas Alliance, or RITA, was formed in 2009 to provide a Texan voice on immigration.

RITA is an alliance made up of thousands of Texans, each believing that the U.S. cannot wait any longer for immigration reform that is humane and rational.

They live and work in every corner of the state. They are law enforcement officers, religious leaders, students, teachers, workers, business owners, lawmakers, civil rights activists and human rights promoters. Representing every sector in Texas society, RITA members have one thing in common. They are proud Texans who believe that the U.S. can do better on immigration. And they work together to provide a valuable voice to the immigration debate: The Texan Voice.
