BNHR PRESS ADVISORY

Community Caravan to Depart from BNHR Office and Proceed to Clint BP Station

(EL PASO, Texas) — Tomorrow, Thursday, June 27th at 10:00 am., Border Network for Human Rights and border residents will depart in a caravan from BNHR Offices and proceed to the Clint Border Patrol Station where a protest and rally will be held. After the widespread problems reported last week with the Administration’s illegal detention of children at the Clint Border Patrol Station nothing has changed. Children continue to be denied basic human rights and they continue to die.

We cannot sit idly as asylum seekers die.  It is time to wake up and act. Please join us tomorrow as we decry the blatant and cruel practices from this administration and demand justice for asylum seekers and their children.
